atemfrisch® toothpaste contains everything you would expect from a toothpaste and more. The oxygen it contains keeps the anaerobic bacteria that cause bad breath in check. Aloe vera has a positive effect on gum disease and xylitol stimulates the flow of saliva and helps prevent caries. 

atemfrisch® oral rinse - the active ingredient is high-dose oxygen (hdO2), the bacteria necessary for pre-digestion are not killed. Xylitol enhances this effect and provides additional caries protection.

Application

To ensure that you experience the optimum effect of atemfrisch® mouthwash, we recommend the following procedure.
It's as simple as that:

Carefully remove any plaque on the tongue with the tongue cleaner or toothbrush.
Put some atemfrisch® mouthrinse or toothpaste on the tongue cleaner/toothbrush and rinse thoroughly on 
Spread the tongue surface. Then brush teeth as usual, but also the gums and palate.

Then do not rinse with water, but with the atemfrisch® mouthrinse. Water would immediately bind the main active ingredient hdO2 (highly dosed oxygen) to itself and you would spit it out with the water.

The best way to do this is to pour the atemfrisch® mouthrinse into a glass/cup and rinse and gargle your mouth for 90 seconds undiluted. Do not drink from the bottle! Otherwise bacteria can penetrate it.

If you use dental floss or space brushes, moisten them beforehand with the atemfrisch® mouthrinse.
After using atemfrisch® mouthrinse, wait 15 minutes before eating and drinking.
