Shipping costs within Germany
The shipping costs within Germany are 4,90 EUR. From an order value of 70,00 EUR we deliver free of shipping costs. 

Shipping costs outside Germany
The respective total costs for shipping abroad are shown in the shipping zone table below. From an order value of 175,00 EUR we deliver free of shipping costs.

Shipping costs to Switzerland
We deliver our goods with DHL as world parcel. In postal traffic, the customer is considered the importer and is obliged to pay the amounts due. These are raised by the national post office with and/or after delivery of the transmission (value added tax, customs clearance service). Please contact your customs administration for further information.

Customs regulations
Every shipment in a non-EU country is subject to customs duties and VAT. In postal traffic, the customer is considered the importer and is obliged to pay the amounts due. Payment Conditions

PayPal, PayPal Express
During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or first register, authenticate with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we will ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

Prepayment (bank transfer)
Advantage for first orders, you save the cash on delivery fee. You will receive the necessary transfer data after your order. The ordered goods will be reserved for you and shipped to you immediately after receipt of payment.
