Depending on the severity of bad breath, use 1-3 times daily. The amount of one cap is sufficient in each case. If you enjoy garlic or onion, we recommend using the mouthwash 1x before and 1x after eating.
You can use the atemfrisch® oral rinse in different ways:
- Rinsing - for example after brushing your teeth
- for gargling
- suitable for oral irrigation
Place 1 or 2 caps of atemfrisch® oral rinse in a container. To avoid contamination of the solution, do not touch the bottle opening or cap directly with your mouth. Gurgle thoroughly for at least 30 seconds. Do not swallow.
If you want to be on the safe side: Add another cap filling to the jar and rinse the whole mouth again for 45 seconds. The longer you rinse the mouth, the more effective the high-dose oxygen will be.
If you use a tooth gel that contains sodium lauryl sulfate, the effect of the mouthwash can be neutralized.
