Conditions for our money back guarantee
In addition to your statutory right of revocation (revocation instruction), we grant you as the first purchaser the right to return the goods to us within 5 days. Please note: Already within 3 days after proper use according to the instructions for use enclosed with the delivery you should notice a significant improvement of your bad breath.
„How do I know that I have bad breath?“ 

• The period for the money back guarantee starts on the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.


• Timely information is sufficient for the period to be observed:

  or the timely dispatch of the goods.


• The return of the goods must be made to the following address:
  Tetrobreath GmbH, Leißstr. 12 A, 83620 Feldkirchen-Westerham


• The return of the goods is at your risk.


• The opened goods must also be returned in full.


• We bear the costs for the return of the goods.

Under the above-mentioned conditions, we will refund the total price paid by you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive the goods sent by you. For this refund we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

The money-back guarantee does not limit your legal right of withdrawal or any rights you may have to claim for defects.
